This is what we want
Our children as strong independent readers that love to explore and learn from books while developing a love for literacy in all its forms. At one point, it seems that the only word a child speaks is “WHY?”. The questions are seemingly endless and one simply doesn’t have the time to satisfy their insatiable thirst for answers. There are other places to satisfy their curiosity besides books but even if you “Googled” the answer, you would still have to read what’s written on the screen. Reading is too important! Success, on all levels, depends on it.
